A legal disclaimer
We are more than glad to replace an item for you or reimburse your original purchase price if you prefer to return an item, minus a simple $3.00 restocking fee. Please contact us within 60 days of receiving your order, at spitfireupgrades@yahoo.com and tell us your name, address, phone / text number plus the item you wish to return or have replaced. We will send you an appropriately sized, pre-paid package to return the original part in. Any comments you wish to add are always welcome.
These Terms & Conditions are intended to kick off a respecting, trusting relationship with you so that you never have to worry about future purchases from us. We go out of our way to make sure you are satisfied with our products. Thank you.
What to include in the T&C document
All website users over the age of 18 ("the customers") are allowed to purchase from this website. The payment methods as of the published date of this site are momentarily confined to PayPal until we can establish other payment methods. We apologize if this is an inconvenience. The owner of this website ("the company") reserves the right to change products on the offered product line; All products both now and in the future are and will be warranted for 60 days following the receipt date of the customer's order. Within those 60 days customers are welcome to contact Spitfire Upgrades ("the company") at spitfireupgrades@yahoo.com to request a full refund and return the original item, or request to have the item replaced at no cost, again, returning the original item. The company will issue a pre-paid shipping package to the customer.
All products designed, fabricated, developed and manufactured by Spitfire Upgrades are owned by Spitfire Upgrades through United States intellectual property laws of said products.
The company logo for Spitfire Upgrades was designed by and is owned by Spitfire Upgrades through United States Branding / logo / Trademark law.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's account due to non-payment, and further reserves the right to allow up to only two (2) returns, replacements, or refunds of the same product item. In the event such an occurrence takes place, the company will issue the final refund or replacement, but reserves the right to refuse to sell the same item a 3rd time.
