The factory bonnet prop rod often fails. It does not lock. It simply rests in an off-center position. Watch the attached 7-second video. An accidental bump or even a quick breeze has caused many people bodily injury and bonnet damage. . Magna-Locks prevent any folding of the prop until you remove the lock. Place it on the diagonal brace between master cylinders with its magnets holding it until the next time you raise your bonnet. Keep your bonnet off your head. $26 is cheap insurance!
