As British car owners, we all know that the factory installed door cards were all known to warp. The Inferior particle boards just weren’t water resistant. At Spitfire Upgrades we use superior card material and coat it with crystal-clear polyurethane varnish to prevent warpage.
We use brand new black vinyl with a thin sheet of foam underneath, adhered to the cards with 3M glue along with brand new staples. No carpet panel in the lower corner.
