We will soon be putting our founder, John McGuire, on the other side of the video lens, debuting in some important tutorials:

Quick & Easy gage lens cleaning: pretty neat

how quickly this fun little task gets done. And it

allows quicker glances at gages so you’re safer. We will dig right into removing the bezels, carefully removing the o-rings, and cleaning

both sides of the glass lenses. Upon reassembly

you’ll be both amazed at the difference in

appearance and proud that you’ve just pulled off

this task.

Roadside safety: (because Triumphs never break

down, right?). John will guide you through what

can save your life from on-coming traffic. The biggest key to being safe on the shoulder of a highway is to make yourself seen by all on-

coming traffic. If you have trouble-shooting skills for sudden engine failure, fantastic, but make yourself seen first! Your Hazard lights… do they

work? If they don’t come on, pull in and out on the Hazards switch 4 or 5 times. Often times, under-use of the switch allows corrosion on the

contacts in the switch and can be cleaned off

through cycling the switch on & off.

But little British cars have old incandescent

bulbs, and the fixture lenses are low to the

ground. Even if you don’t need to purchase anything. Watch our video to learn quick tips that could ultimately save your life.

Items to always keep in the boot: Simple,

inexpensive items to take priority space in that

spacious boot. They can both save your life AND

fix most roadside ailments. No snake oil here.

How to save hundreds of $$ on DIY: Do you

need or really want a brand new dashboard?

Instead of shelling out $650+ for a completed

replacement, how about a mere $350 for a new

dash with your choice of veneer?Just apply your

own varnish and put hundreds of $$ back in your

pocket. We have a video tutorial on how to apply

a professional coat of varnish.

Those warped door panels in your Spitfire or

GT6? … Why pay $200 -$300 when you can pay

half that and enjoy an afternoon workbench DIY

project! We supply a DIY kit with brand new door cards, foam, and black vinyl. We are recording /

editing a DIY video tutorial on how to easily &

properly upholster the door cards just like the

pros do. It will look like you bought them newly

upholstered. John will walk you through each

simple step. Our shop Spitfire needs the driver’s

door panel replaced anyway!
